Talentoday assessments | What if the member claims their results are inaccurate?
If a member doesn’t relate to their results, it could be for a number of reasons, such as distractions while they were taking the assessment, trying to force an outcome, or potentially low self-awareness. If that is the case, Talentoday Managers can use interviews, and other employee conversations, to better understand what the member doesn’t agree with, such as specific personality traits, motivations and/or behavioral styles.
