Talentoday Manager features | How to use the Talent selection feature?
The Talent Selection feature allows you to identify and pre-screen high potential individuals by matching your talent pool to a position, company or team culture.
To use this feature, click on the Talent selection tab on Talentoday Manager. Filter the group DNAs by functions, job titles, or by the ones that you customized or tailored.
Select the profiles you wish to match with this Group DNA and find out which members of your talent pool are the best match.
Find out which members from your database are the best fit for your Group DNA.
